At GM Aesthetics & Beauty Ltd, we strive to offer our clients the best experience possible. However, we understand that sometimes plans may change. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains the terms and conditions for cancelling or rescheduling appointments and requests for refunds.
By booking an appointment or purchasing services through our website, you agree to abide by this policy.
1. Cancellation Policy
1.1. Appointment Cancellations:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request that you give us at least 3 days’ notice before your scheduled appointment time.
1.2. Late Cancellations:
Cancellations made less than 3 days before your appointment will incur a 100% cancellation fee of the total treatment cost.
1.3. No-Shows:
Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will result in a 100% charge of the total treatment cost. No refunds or rescheduling will be allowed for no-shows.
1.4. Rescheduling:
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 3 days’ notice before your scheduled appointment time. We will do our best to accommodate your new appointment request based on availability.
2. Refund Policy
2.1. No Refunds for Services Rendered:
Once a treatment has been performed, we do not offer refunds. However, if you are dissatisfied with your treatment for any reason, we encourage you to contact us within 48 hours of your appointment so we can address your concerns and offer a resolution, which may include a follow-up treatment or adjustments.
2.2. Prepaid Packages or Gift Vouchers:

Prepaid Packages: If you have purchased a package of treatments and wish to cancel it, you will be refunded for any remaining sessions at the full price, minus any applicable cancellation fees as stated above.

Gift Vouchers: Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. If a voucher is not used within its specified period, it will expire.
2.3. Refunds for Product Purchases:
If you purchased products from us and are dissatisfied, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided the product is unopened and in its original condition. Please contact us for more details on returning products.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that emergencies and unavoidable situations can arise. In such cases, we may offer an exception to the above policies at our discretion. If you are unable to attend your appointment due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.
